Everyone is friendly and efficient, which is why I keep coming back. You know exactly what you’re getting with a coffee and donut, but the service at this location is what makes it stand out.

It was disappointing to see that some employees seemed unsure of what they were supposed to be doing. I’m not expecting over-the-top friendliness, but it’s honestly impressive how a customer’s mood can be ruined in the less than 5 minutes it takes to order and receive a drink.
