- KPKian PuriMar 15, 20261.0This McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s ever went to. I went with a lot of friends and some friends got locked out the Mcdonald’s. We had to order with Card because they didn’t have any cash. they also made us order in the drive-thru. The Night Shift workers we’re very mean to me and my friends. they should honestly get fired. this McDonald’s shouldn’t even be in business right now. They made our milkshake and I ordered a medium but gave me a small.
- AAalexMar 14, 20261.0This was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I came with two of my 11-year-old brothers, and right away things started going wrong. We were locked outside multiple times and couldn’t even get in properly to order, which was really frustrating, especially with kids with me. When we finally managed to order, they gave me the wrong size milkshake. On top of that, the restaurant itself wasn’t clean at all. Tables and the area around the restaurant looked like they hadn’t been taken care of for a while. Another big problem was that they wouldn’t let us use cash — they only accepted card. Because we couldn’t get inside and things were so confusing, it got to the point where I actually had to order at the drive-through instead. The customer service made the whole situation even worse. The staff were yelling at us and being very rude instead of helping us. It felt really disrespectful, especially since we were just trying to get food and had younger kids with us. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Between being locked outside, getting the wrong order, the dirty restaurant, not being able to pay with cash, and the rude customer service, this location seriously needs to improve how they treat customers.
