  Where to start.. wanted to take my family of 6 out for a nice family dinner. Arrived and were immediately seated, so far so good, 20 minutes later our server decides to appear and welcome us and take drink orders. Two of us are excited to try the featured “Croc-Tail” drink special, another ordered smoked old fashioned and the others, some beers. 5 minutes later our waitress appears and we are informed the bar is out of “Croc-Tails” but we can have 2 plastic crocodiles as a consolation prize. Ok pivot to other drinks. Order Blooming Onion app now… ahead of main order to give extra time to come out. Wait a solid 15 minutes for drinks, no blooming onion yet. Main orders are made including one person who wanted soup as entree, some steaks and 2 “Perfectly Grilled Sslmon” entrees. Only now do they offer us bread, unfortunately they didnt give us bread plates. Finally bring drinks but server (who took order) has no idea who ordered what. Old Fashioned was smoky but in sticky glass with soda straw. Next up, Blooming Onion app….NOPE! Salads and the soup that was supposed to be entree. Ask about onion and told they are working on it, salads before apps, no bueno. Finally bring onion and good as usual. Onwards... entrees.. well let’s say the salmons were Perfectly …….”Raw”.. server has disappeared from the restaurant, finally returns and we show her raw salmons. Response.. let me get the manager. Great! 5 min… 10 min.. waiting, finally grab busboy and ask him for manager. Finally manager shows and immediately credits us for the salmons .. but rest of us are done eatIng so dinner ruined .. manager does offer a free dessert to go. Server nowhere to be found, dirty dishes still on table, just want the bill so we can leave. 20 minutes later.. we finally get bill. Amazingly it’s accurate, Tip commensurate with service received. Just a terrible experience from start to finish and will not be returning anytime soon. Outback? More like out backwards I’ve never been served disappointment so fast.

  I don't understand why they made us sit on booth that is for 6, 8 people (with separate table) & made other guests sitting right next to us (i am sure they were confused too) while there were 4, 5 empty booths & no waiting Steak was okay but had too many fat Our server forgot & didn't notice that we didn't have utensils & napkins so we waited until the foods came out (we were eating breads and patiently waited)

  The dinner made White Castle taste great Went ther once before and forgot how bad it was A disgrace that they serve food that taste like this The bread was good

  In terms of food quality, this is one of the better Outbacks in the region, which is why we often drive out of our way to visit this location even though it's nearly twice as far as the closest location. Unfortunately, we have had the wait staff fraudulently charge our payment method on two separate occasions. In both cases we paid with a card and gave the wait staff a 20%+ cash tip. The wait staff then initiated a separate charge on our card to give themselves a second tip. Management refunded us both times, but provided no apology and gave no indication that the thieving wait staff would be held accountable, which suggests the problem is not taken seriously. The fact that it happened a second time well over a year later confirmed what we already suspected. The next time it occurs I intend to file criminal charges.

  Even though we got two steak salads the take out came with no plastic ware and no dressing on the salads. I even asked for extra dressing I wish I had double checked. Ty. Beth.
