  Today I visited this Macdonald and the employee who gave me very bad attention gave me a cold hamburger and I asked her to change it for me and I took the products with her hand I took it back to the microwave and heated my hamburger and brought it to my table I don't think it's highest

  One of the best McDonald's I've been to in awhile. The service was quick, food was made perfectly and our order was right. Keep up the good work, guys. You're awesome!!

  Cold tasteless fries not even salted chicken nuggets dry and flavorless. Hard like they sat for hours. Drive up window not real friendly. I wont be back anytime soon.

  avoid at all cost. be afraid of the food. horrible workers, horrible management, location should be shut down. zero stars.

  This honestly has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. First, they messed up our order mistaking it for someone else’s. Instead of fixing it politely, this young woman who looked like a teenager with long light brown hair in a ponytail who was working the window got visibly annoyed and started cursing in Spanish to her coworker (not knowing me and my friend both speak Spanish!) When she came back to hand us our food, she intentionally dropped it as she was handing it to us, and didn’t apologize or even acknowledge what she did. She acted like the mistake was our fault the whole time. We just wanted to get our food, it isn’t our fault you messed up our order. Then she told us to park and wait for the smoothie. We accidentally parked in the wrong spot, and instead of just coming over and asking us to move politely, she obnoxiously yelled at us loudly and very rudely over an honest mistake. Genuinely appalled with how I was treated. Her attitude the entire time was nasty, hostile, and extremely unprofessional, and it completely ruined our night. To make it worse, when I got home and tried to call the store several times to tell management about the way we were treated, they declined our calls completely. They refused to take our calls at all!! We could not reach anybody. This location needs better management and staff who actually respect customers. That young lady working the window genuinely treated us like scum! Beyond disgusted and disappointed. Will be going to the other McDonald’s from now on. Do not waste your time here.
