  This is the only Chipotle location where I seem to have an issue every time I visit. This was my most recent experience: I ordered three chicken bowls and one steak bowl, and the employee flat-out said there was no more steak. That’s like going to McDonald’s and being told there are no hamburgers. The employee then packed all four bowls into one bag along with the guac and sauce sides. When I picked up the bag, one of the sauce containers had opened and spilled all over everything. When I brought this to their attention, instead of receiving an apology, I was told to “chill out.” This is by far the worst Chipotle location I’ve been to, which is really disappointing.

  Ordered a steak bowl with brown rice for pickup. The portion size was solid, but the steak was tough and had an off, stale taste. I had read the reviews beforehand and ordered anyway for convenience since it was on my route. In hindsight, it would have been better to take the extra time and go to the Flanders location instead.

  My fiance and I went here on 11/26 at around 9:30 PM, 2/4 employees were sitting down eating their own chipotle while we were waiting to get served. When two of the working employees (the nice Hispanic lady with glasses and a young black man) told us we would get served soon, I asked about the BOGO deal. They let the other two non working employees answer, and they told us that they were no longer serving the deal “because their boss told them so”. I showed them on the official Chipotle website that it was from 4PM to close local time. This location closes at 11PM. When they told us they wouldnt give it to us, we left. I made it very clear that what they were doing was wrong: having only two employees mentioned above working while the other two (Another Hispanic woman with a lot of eyeliner/mascara and a young white boy) are just sitting having conversation and eating their chipotle while there’s people waiting to be served, and then not respecting the BOGO deal to not only just my fiance and I but to another couple that was waiting for their food too. I then went to Flanders Chipotle, where I DID receive my BOGO deal. This was absolutely ridiculous, and the two employees need to be held accountable and terminated because I guarantee we were not the only people they refused to service. And if the two lazy employees see this review, shame on both of you. Your job is to serve food, you’re acting like you’re working a blue/white collar job. Don’t want to work? Then don’t work. I have already called corporate and made a complaint but wanted to make sure something actually gets done from this. To the general/field manager: check CCTV, I guarantee you will see everything that went down. 11/26 at around 9:30PM.
