The prices are a bit on the high side and it's difficult to know how much the add-ons are. The servings have gotten skimpy while the prices have gone up. The last meal I got there was so spicy I couldn't finish it. Honestly, it's not a great value and the food is somewhere between meh and bad. There are so many better options out there that we won't be going back.

This was my most recent experience: I ordered three chicken bowls and one steak bowl, and the employee flat-out said there was no more steak. That’s like going to McDonald’s and being told there are no hamburgers. The employee then packed all four bowls into one bag along with the guac and sauce sides. When I picked up the bag, one of the sauce containers had opened and spilled all over everything. When I brought this to their attention, instead of receiving an apology, I was told to “chill out.” This is by far the worst Chipotle location I’ve been to, which is really disappointing.
