Monitor your bank account carefully. I was wrongly charged twice, and the store refused to issue a refund despite their error. I had to escalate the issue by filing a dispute with my bank.

It took two hours plus to get my pizza delivered. I called and they said they were busy absolutely ridiculous.

This review is about the service. The lady in this store #4530, is very unprofessional. I ordered pie via the Domino's App and it was paid for. I go to pick it up and I'm the first person to walk in the store. Meanwhile another customer comes in and she ignores me and services him. Then she talks to one of her co-workers while I'm still standing there waiting for her to give me my pie, even after I said, you can give me my order now. She is rude and I believe she purposely ignored me. This isn't the first time. She did the same thing one other time. This Domino's is close to my home and I shouldn't have to go somewhere else because this lady has a rude and obnoxious attitude. Watch out for her, if she feels she can disrespect you with a smile, she will.

My experience with this location of Domino's Pizza was frustrating from start to finish.
I placed the order online and was quoted 38 minutes for delivery; the order arrived over an hour later. The online tracker showed the pizza was cooked and under “Quality Control” for 20+ minutes—not plausible and a clear sign it was sitting at the store. I even called to ask about its whereabouts. I heard the attendant instruct the driver to take the pizza from the counter. I told her to not send my order if it is cold. I was assured it wasn’t. When my order finally arrived, it was late, cold, and without a heat pack.
I also ordered thin-crust “extra crispy,” not charred. The pizza was burnt, cold, and the wings were lukewarm. When I called to request a refund and to pickup the items, I was passed from person to person, each needing to “check with a manager.” One manager even argued that thin-crust extra crispy is supposed to be that dark—missing the point that the food had clearly sat too long.
Between the missed delivery window, the prolonged “QC” delay, lack of heat retention, burnt product, and unhelpful service, this was a thoroughly disappointing order. I won’t be ordering from Domino's again.

I received a call from the delivery driver saying he was outside, but he wasn’t. He then said he must have called the wrong person and that my order would arrive shortly. A few minutes later, the app showed my order as “delivered,” even though nothing had arrived.
I called the restaurant to gain clarity, and the woman who answered was nice at first, but once she checked on the status of my order she was shockingly rude and disrespectful. Instead of helping, she started yelling and talking over me, insisting I hadn’t answered their phone calls - even though I picked up the only call they made. Her attitude was unprofessional, condescending, and completely out of line.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but the way I was spoken to was unacceptable. No customer deserves to be treated that way. Basic courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum. I won’t be ordering from here again.
