  Don’t let these bad reviews stop you from ordering. I ordered through the App and my order was accurate. It was done on time and the place looks very clean and organized.

  I had accidentally put my phone number in one digit wrong. I had called the restaurant after I had realized my mistake. The person on the other end was very rude and didn't understand why I didn't pick up when they called the wrong number. The driver passed my residence several times. I have dyslexia, which is why I didn't notice the number was wrong, along with a physical disability that makes it difficult to move. The driver stopped very fair from the spot in the instructions, I almost didn't see him. I ordered at 9:20, did not get my order until 10:25. I called the store at 10:00, when I realized the number was wrong, to ask about my order that had been out for delivery for 24 minutes. When I did get my pizzas, they had not properly cleaned the slicer after cutting a pizza that had peppers on it and my friend with ARFID got put off from his meal because of it. I paid $28 plus a $7 tip just for my friend to almost throw up, rude customer service and lukewarm pizza. I understand that messing up my phone number was my fault. But everything else falls back onto the restaurant

  I called and the girl in the phone started screaming at me because I asked how many wings came in the order. I called again and asked nicely what was her name and she said u gonna place an order or not. I told her no need to be rude and she said place the order online. Needless to say I will never order from here again. Horrible employees this happend 1/17/25 @ 11pm. This goes strictly for the lawrenceville dominos on rt 1 not any other dominos

  Awful customer service. Placed an online order to be picked up at 10pm cause I couldn’t schedule anything sooner. Called the store to see if it could be made sooner since I will be getting to their store at 9:40. Hispanic woman over the phone that could barely understand English was super rude and said she HAD to make it at 10. Would think some people are a little sympathetic of people with their own lives but no. Hire more people that actually understand ENGLISH PLEASE. Also to add, since the dominos app does not have a specific customize section for specific items like the bread bites, whenever I call to ask if they can add less of something, they always say yes but I swear they add more. Get your act together.
