The guy will be staring at you and not open the door even though they have an open sign and he’s in there. The sign says OPEN and the door is locked. They run out of ice cream ALL OF THE TIME. Skip this place and go to a different ice cream store. The worst customer service ever and the place is a total dive.

The staff at the attached Dunkin Donuts counter tried to help me but had no idea what I was talking about. They had to call the woman who normally works the Baskin Robbins counter on the phone and she had to direct them to the cake in the back fridge. The cake itself was poorly/sloppily frosted and looked nothing like the photo online even though it was their own design. Luckily, the recipient had a good sense of humor but I would never order another custom cake here again.
