- TSTristan Sacco1 day ago1.0I went to this Baskin-Robbins with my wife hoping to try the new Dubai smoothie and sundae. They didn’t have either available, which is disappointing but understandable. So we ordered a smoothie from the regular menu instead. After waiting about 10 minutes, someone finally told us that wasn’t available either. At that point we picked yet another smoothie, hoping third time’s the charm. Instead, we stood there another 5 minutes watching them serve other customers while our order went nowhere. No updates, no communication, no sense that anyone knew what was going on. We ended up asking for a refund and leaving. The lack of awareness and organization here is honestly shocking. If you don’t know what you have in stock or can’t keep track of orders, you shouldn’t be taking them. Stay far away from this place unless you have time to waste.

I had to cancel payment via my bank as the store had no record of my order even with my order number. I figured its not the locations fault so I tried again and placed a custom cake order for jamoca almond fudge and chocolate cake. I recieved a cake with confetti cake and chocolate ice cream. Just was disappointed and dont know how order could be so far off.

But I have to be honest about the cleanliness concerns I experienced. The container my ice cream came in had visible dust on it, and I ended up finding a long hair in my ice cream. After eating it, my stomach felt a little off, which made me even more uneasy. It’s disappointing because the staff themselves were wonderful, but the sanitation issues made it hard to enjoy the experience. I hope management addresses the cleanliness so this location can really shine the way it deserves to.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
