  On February 26 2026 at 11 a.m., I had the absolute worst experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered three hot coffees online and picked up drive-thru, and not only were they ice-cold, but the barista handed them out dripping everywhere. She didn’t even bother to wipe the cups or replace them. When we asked for napkins, she just shoved them at us, like it was nothing. On top of that, I ordered no whipped cream, and even after showing her, she insisted it was on her screen and sarcastically said she’d just scoop it out with a spoon. From the start, I could hear her asking her coworker what to do—like she didn’t know her job. I could forgive bad coffee, but dripping cups and this level of “service” is unacceptable. Check your staff!

  I ordered an oatmilk latte because i have a dairy allergy that causes my throat to close. They gave me a whole milk drink and when I called to ask if they had used regular milk when I had expressly asked for oatmilk, they acted like it was no big deal and told me to drive back and they’d remake it. Like, I’m struggling to breathe??? I’m not trusting you on round two??? Took my ass to Starbucks. This was not my first poor experience at this location.

  I had a mix-up with the type of bread and politely requested to have it changed, but they refused to make the change — not helpful at all at this store. On top of that, the wrong item was cold, hard, and the service was terrible! Recommendation: look for other nearby Dunkin’ locations instead!

  Don't bother placing an online order in the expectation that you'll get in and out quickly. Their lobby isn't open, but there are no indications of that until you pull on the locked door.
