A few months ago when I ordered hot, the chicken was spicy and exactly what I expected. Ordered again few weeks later, now the hot is not spicy at all and there is no difference with medium. This has happened multiple times, ordering the same flavor comes with widly varying heat and you never know what to expect. For a hot chicken place, I'd assume you at least have your heat levels consistent.
