My guess is that the tea is not fresh, leftover from the day before. Today, I was in a rush and left without tasting it before, and again it was awful and undrinkable. I threw the 2 large teas purchased down the drain! I have returned teas before, but honestly, I shouldn't have to. I'm done; I will start going to the local coffee shop for my tea now.
