On my most recent visit, however, I wasn’t feeling 100% and asked for a cup of water. I was a bit taken aback when I was told it would be $1 for a cup of water. While I understand policies vary by location, it was unexpected and slightly disappointing. Overall, the food and coffee are good, but this experience stood out and could have been handled better.

I went in there to the drive thru and I guess for a strawberry refresher and when I asked her what was in it, she says, you know, the ingredients sparkling water and I said, can I just get a cup of the sparkling water next time? Do you guys do that? She said, yeah, now they know who I am because when I come in asking for my large sparkling water, they know who I am. And they always have a smile, I love it
