When I received everything 20 minutes later, I asked for one of bags to place the cups, sugar substitutes, sugar and the wake wraps. The girl stated to me thats for door dash. I explained to her I have all these things, I need to put everything in the bag so I can do 2 trips instead of 3. As you stated your not responsible for items left. The manager came out and stated no. I explained the same problem and she stated I understand. It will $1.00 per bag. Wow really for a paperbag? Don't worry I won't be coming back there, I'll take my business elsewhere. Horrible costumer service totally unsatisfactory!

We turned around and went all the way back explained to them …my wife even apologized for complaining. She said “drive up” the window opened she grabbed the bag out of my hand and gave back the same items just heated up more (which is fine) and didn’t apologize or anything…not one word with a horrible look on her face. Not even have a nice day. So my wife said “hope you have a better day”.
