They dont answer the speaker and then give you an attitude at the window. Even the manager was nasty. Your food is not good enough for you to be acting like that. Please retrain the staff at this location!

Really don’t understand this place. It’s completely hit or more miss. Since being redone the drive thru crew is awful. Literally have to call the store for them to acknowledge an order. Try ordering grilled chicken on a combo and now they say Wendy’s doesn’t have grilled chicken.

Don't order from them through any 3rd party app, staff seems to either not care about their online orders or they're too high to get the order right, always missing one item or another.
