  I live within walking distance so I order for walk in pickup frequently. 9/10 times they will not make the food on your order until you ask them to after you already walked in no matter how long it's been since you ordered. They are also almost always out of the milk option you choose for your drink which will again cause them to not make your entire order until you walk in and ask them to. I have on multiple occasions walked in and got my drinks and then stood there watching the kitchen staff stand around to then have to tell them my order has food so they will start making it. Like any fast food place they also frequently mess up your order.

  The past several times I’ve been here have been a total mess. The orders are never correct. I just ordered a small hot coffee with regular cream and sugar. I received a small coffee which was just hot water and cream with no sugar. It wasn't even coffee at this point. The orders used to be good but these past few months have been abysmal.

  Pretty lame not many open stores. The bar is newly renovated, however the bartenders are too busy talking to their friends to wait on people they dont know. I didnt finish my first drink when the young lady bartender said I had enough and took my drink from me. She was apparently annoyed that I called her on her lack of attention to others at the bar. She said she would not give me the managers or owners number to call. Im surprised SHE was old enough to even be a bartender.

  Everyone is always nice and polite, it just seems like they dont pay attention to the order. I do my online ordering and wait about 10 minutes before I get there incase they are busy. But it seems something gets forgotten or I dont even get the right order. This morning instead of a wrap they gave me hash browns or if you order a sandwich on a bagel you'll get just a plain bagel. I know everyone has something they're dealing with but please pay attention to the orders.
