  I went in Wednesday around noon for a coffee and bagel. I saw everyone working about and being busy. I was greeted warmly by the prettiest melanated girl with the sweetest smile. But while waiting for my order, some girl with orange hair is yelling loudly about having to go to court and how much she hates cops and hates court. Proceeding to get told something by another coworker who is actually working, to tell her to get off her phone and pay attention to drive thru and her response “once I get distracted, I’m done for the day” and her to continue the conversation of how she slept with her new man in January to go on vacation shortly after with her baby daddy. Still while everyone else is working around her and her continuing to complain and just be on her phone. I know we all have lives and things happen outside of work but no customer should know this much information about you for a quick coffee break. There was a gentleman in a beanie who placed my coffee on the counter and I said thank you twice and he didn’t even glance up once or say you’re welcome or anything. I just grabbed the cup and just appalled by all this rude behavior (except from the sweet girl at the counter) because if being rude a pre-requisite to work here, no wonder these folks have jobs. This is not the economy to be this disrespectful or so uncaring. Good customer service goes a long way.

  Ness is always so kind! She & the gentleman who typically works mornings always have the order correct & are quick too.

  Went here today and ordered two large iced coffees. Noticed the lady was making two mediums. When I told her about the issue she was very rude and told me that "she already started making them". I asked if she was serious and she said yes. I left without my coffees and she sarcastically said "okay bye" as I walked out. Would not go here again.
