Once in store I bought a mango smoothie(that should not be milk based) it had dairy in it and huge pieces of ice no big deal not what I expected but whatever. But I also bought a pre packed pralines and cream which was obviously melted and refrozen, this was sad but what ever. The. I bought a delivery order and was even more sad. I ordered two mango smoothies(which again are non dairy) and both had dairy and even worse bananas(this is a big deal to me lol I don’t like bananas) baskin robins smoothies don’t come with bananas only their milkshake do. I also ordered two scoops of ice cream which were in edible. Both flavors had a chewy film on them and tasted like they have been left on the bottom of the freezer for 5 years. The quality of baskin robins was gross. But dunkin in the same location taste great. I would steer away from baskin robins.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
