    I go to Wendy’s a decent amount as I think they have some of the best fast food. I been to this Wendy’s a good amount. Everytime I have been to this Wendy’s they always seem to mess up my order or completely forget items. Horrible service.

    Worst Wendy's in the area inside is gross and needs to be properly cleaned. I use to go here once a week or so for lunch your soda machine is broken for drive thru its gross tastes like diet coke every time not regular even got sprite once still gross. I now go out of my way to go to Middletown instead

    I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Wendy’s in Keyport and won’t be going back. Ordering was a challenge from the start. The staff I interacted with were unable to understand English well enough to take a basic order. I asked for a Frosty-ccino, and they insisted they didn’t serve cappuccino and didn’t have iced coffee, which showed they didn’t know their own menu. It took far longer than it should have just to try to explain a standard item. The condition of the restaurant made things even worse. The dining area was filthy, tables were sticky, trash bins were overflowing, and the entire place looked worn down and neglected. The building feels dilapidated and poorly maintained, like it hasn’t had a serious cleaning or renovation in years. This location doesn’t just need minor improvements—it needs a complete overhaul, from staff training and management to cleaning and maintenance. There’s no reason a national chain should be operating a restaurant in this condition.
