The person at the front usually works in slow motion and refuses to yell out orders so you just stand there forever not knowing your order is ready.I try to talk to them and have an interaction but they are always not willing in any way to speak and let me know which is my order etc. I never use the drive thru because it's always extremely slow or I get the wrong food. I understand food service can be tough but it's very frustrating having to deal with this level of service. I think they just need a bit more training and an attentive manager.
