But when ordering it I like to order it without ice in it. Seems strange I know, but apparently some of the duncans are able to cool down the coffee without needing to add ice. This particular location didn't seem to have that special equipment. When ordering on their kiosk there wasn't a selection for no ice. In the end the iced coffee with ice ends up getting watered down, which is unfortunate
