When I came to the register the man called over a woman supervisor and told her the amount I was purchasing. She demanded my ID and even asked "What I was buying this for". I cant tell you how uncomfortable they made me feel. If they have gift cards available for a given amount, why would they go to such an extent when a customer buys it? I don't feel like ever going back again. This is coming from a person that has been a customer there since it opened as an A and P back in the 90's.

Staff are wonderful and they always have fresh, and variety of selections on everything. Since the lockdown, they've offered pick up & deliveries (from their app) and have continued this service. I have used both pick up & delivery services when I injured my wrist, and when I was sick and didn't want to go inside the store and spread germs. I still use their free pick up service regularly - it's great (and super efficient) because I can order in the morning, and go pick up right after work. In & out in under 10 minutes. They also choose well (good looking produce) and if out of stock, they will send messages or call you. Absolutely wonderful service. I have interacted with their manager as well in the past and she was professional , polite and fantastic! They bring out the groceries very quickly to your car (reserved spaces for pick ups), and staff are always friendly & wonderful! Highly recommend!!! Absolutely lovely.

They have the best fresh fruit around, especially their pineapple bowls and great sales. Even though I am a visitor now, it is great to shop at a neighborhood staple.
