Last experience, I paid for extra dipping sauce and didn't receive the one I paid for. Current experience, the app had the limited time salted caramel brownie, but the store did not. They attempted to call, but didn't leave a message. That's fine, I called back and they said they would give the double chocolate brownie instead. What really annoyed me is the additional cost for toppings and there's barely any. Other Papa John's give 2 complimentary peppers per a pie, this place always only give 1. I chose the option for well-done, but it's not fully cooked in the center. Lastly, I ordered chipotle honey wings and it honestly looked like their unsauced wings (photo attached). The few wings that had sauce, only had sauce brushed on one side. Can honestly say, after I'm done with my gift card I would not purchase from this location.
