Totally unacceptable, I contacted the store and spoke to the manager around 4:55pm and she advised the order is handle via an outside vendor and it would be picked up in 5 minutes. Still in all the order was received 42 minutes later! And naturally the soup was cold, both caesar salads uncovered and the mango smoothie spilled in the bag. Horrible Horrible
