  I got a bug in the lettuce in my bowl. Thats disgusting. You have to clean the lettuce well before.

  Food was good but portions for a burrito are small. When ordering I recommend getting a bowl with a tortilla on the side.

  I ordered a quesadilla meal for my daughter from Chipotle and was really disappointed with the quality. The cheese inside was not melted at all it was completely raw and ungrilled. A quesadilla is supposed to be hot and melted, so this was honestly unacceptable. It seemed like it was barely heated or not prepared properly. I usually expect better consistency, so this experience was frustrating. I hope more care is taken in preparing orders in the future. I will not be returning.

  Google should have an option for NO STARS! Chipotle is greedy and focus on robbing customers. I ordered the chicken bowl. I received a Rice Bowl. I barely have any chicken & the rice is hard. Pure Garbage!!! I can make brown rice at home. This isnt the only location that does this. Its sad you have to ask for double to get a fair portion. Im done with Chipotle! If you do decide to go to any location pay attention to how your bowl is made. *CHIPOTLE PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND & KEEP ANY APOLOGIES OR PARDONS TO YOURSELF. THANK U.

  I’ve been coming to this Chipotle since they first opened, and it’s usually our go-to restaurant in the area, especially for my kids. That’s why I was really disappointed with my experience today. The lettuce being served for the bowls was visibly browning, which typically indicates it’s not fresh. That was concerning to me, especially considering Chipotle’s core slogan of “Food with Integrity.” I politely asked the gentleman serving us if there was fresher lettuce available, and he told me unfortunately all of the lettuce was like that. That honestly made me question the freshness of the rest of the food being served. I still paid for my meal — I wasn’t looking for anything for free — but I did ask at the register to speak with a manager to share my concern. I was told the manager was unavailable and in a meeting. It honestly felt like the manager was avoiding speaking with me, which was very frustrating as a long-time, loyal customer simply trying to voice a legitimate concern. Do better, Chipotle of Kearny. I’ve always liked this location and I’m willing to give you another chance, but food quality, transparency, and accountability really matter.
