That single person was expected to handle walk-ins, phone orders, drinks, and meals all at once. It's an impossible workload for one individual and resulted in an unacceptable wait for customers. Management needs to address these staffing levels immediately.

Prices here are generally better than others around (I hope they don't raise the prices after me stating this!) They also make one of the better coffee brews around.
