- BBBob Barney5 days ago3.0Qdoba on Joint Base MDL, is hit or miss at best. They frequently run out of ingredients with no back up for replacements. Even simple Pico de Gallo often runs out without more waiting in reserve. The steak bits seem overcooked and tough, the chicken lacks flavor, but the Birria Brisket and Fajita Vegetables are outstanding. The only drawback is that when the pan starts to get low, they severely skimp on the proteins compared to when the pan has plenty in it. Lack of consistancy in the amount of ingredients used and lack of the other available items make your Burrito or Bowl a "Shot in the Dark" hoping to give the customer a simular alternative to what they really wanted. EDIT: Don't be fooled by the AI reply, I don't want anything to make my past experiences better, as it should have never happened when it did. Cutting quality to stretch ingredients to hopefully add another sale creates more than one unhappy customer experience.
