  The owner of this Subway was very rude when asked why my mobile order was canceled. This store doesn't do any promotions (i.e. buy one, get one free, or 30 percent off bowls, etc). I asked other people what they thought of this place and they all agreed between the quality of the food, the sanitary conditions of the restaurant, to the attitude of the owner, this place does not reflect the morals & standards Subway (the franchise) represents. I will also put in a complaint to HQ and the Better Business Bureau and hopefully this place improves. I am really looking forward to quality changes so I may enjoy the downtown area a little bit more.

  The other reviewers are right! The guy who made my sub spoke Hindi and I always thought you had to be super clean. He was not, and the sub was the worst, in taste and appearance, that I have ever had. I complained to him, and he told me that this is how they served in India!! I had to throw mine in the garbage. I wanted to puke! He offered zero refund. He was very rude and combative! His English was hard to understand!

  Protein pockets are not real... I know what 16g of protein looks like 100g of chicken and it's definitely less than that

  They cancel the order if you apply promotions via App. Do not recommend this store.

  The prices in store are higher than on their website. The owner is clearly trying to steal. The footlong veggie delite costs $9.99 online but $15 in the store. All chairs are perpetually of limits and the bathroom is always out of order.
