This is unacceptable - it’s gross and incredibly unsafe. Was it fried in the fryer with my fries?! Don’t spend your money at this location. I complained to McDonald’s customer service, which is trying to pass the blame off to DoorDash, but this is clearly a restaurant issue.

How hard is it to simply put it in the bag? It's very inconvenient and annoying. If all of these customers have the same complaints it's time to have an intervention with your workers.

Asked if we wanted condiments & told us to enjoy our meal. We aren't used to many of the McDonalds having such great service so it was a very nice surprise.
