Customer service was poor from start to finish waiting and actually ordering. Me and my group waited several minutes at the drive-with no response at all, and when someone finally did come on, they were rude and dismissive like it’s not THEIR job.
The extended wait time at the order window alone was ridiculous, but on top of that the employee’s attitude made it worse. I wouldn’t have cared to write this but lastly the food quality was genuinely ahh. Sincerely don’t waste your time if you’re trying to get a quick bite because a five minute drive thru took a calm twenty minutes

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! Waiting 20 minutes for a biggie bag. On an EMPTY drive thru….you have got to be kidding. SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. I will NEVER return here!!!!!!!!! EVER!!!!! Shame on you guys!!!!!!

Don’t even bother going to this Wendy’s on 12th street in jersey city. The staff is constantly rude and forgets items from your order. I had to drive back to pick up a forgotten item. They were kind on the phone but then they want you to call you a liar when picking up your items that THEY forgot. The manager on duty today shouldn’t even be a manager. 0 stars.

There’s no way in hell a fast food restaurant has only 2 Employees Staffed on a Saturday in the middle of the day. 1 person handling the drive through , Mobile orders and taking care of the front and only 1 person Cooking. Actually makes no sense and Management needs to be looked into for this.
