  I guess the employees rely too much on the order kiosk when eating in. I wasn’t acknowledged when i first walked in and even after i placed my order on the kiosk. The machine didn’t print out a receipt so i wasn’t notified by them that they received my order either. I think they need a little more organization since it seems they can’t figure out who is working the computer, or maybe training someone but their communication is in English and Spanish, and they seem to be getting on each others way. I saw an employee getting frustrated because of all the commotion in there.

  The workers must be purposely giving uber eats driver partial orders. Every time i order form her i get the wrong order or my drinks are missing or entire party bundle boxes. 2 different uber eats drivers told me they were told the orders didn’t come with anything more despite receipts clearly saying more items.

  This location is always a mess and takes forever to even complete the simplest orders. And the food tastes terrible even though I order pretty much the same thing whenever I go to a Taco Bell. It tastes so bad and is prepared so unprofessionally (i.e. bean burritos and mexican pizzas are overstuffed with beans) that I get worried about getting sick the next day. Avoid this location at all costs.

  They take FOREVER!!! Even when there is no other customers. I hate having to come to this Taco Bell because me and my boyfriend are always having to wait max 25 minutes for our food, even though it’s a mobile order!
