Basically I did not get my food after all. And Subway does not have any way to get in touch with any human agent on any of their calling numbers. Even when when I tried to raise a complaint, as soon as I placed the complaint, they marked it as resolved without any resolution.

We recently ordered five Veggie Delight footlongs and selected the option for all sauces, but the sandwiches were prepared without following those instructions. This isn’t the first time. it has happened more than ten times now. When we called the store to address the issue, the employee was unprofessional and rude, asking us to come to the store and show them the problem instead of simply helping us. Their customer service skills are seriously lacking, and the attitude we received was unacceptable. I would not recommend visiting this Subway location. For better service and a proper experience, it’s best to choose another nearby Subway.
