    Order online and employees don’t even read in detail what customer is asking for and miss out. Messy wrapping. Always same experience , will be going to another restaurant from now on.

    Someone hacked my subway account and made 4 orders to be picked up at this location. I called and no one knew English! They hung up on me and told me they would not cancel the orders because they already made them. Subway has terrible customer service.

    Ladies and gentlemen, I am here to inform you that customers should refrain from giving tips. The management is not distributing the tips to the employees who serve them, and instead, they are taking the tips that rightfully belong to the employees.

    The workers that not help to costomer and just woried about that , her boyfriend get his free sub. Plus the guy come to counter when his friend come for free / less price sub. He didnot come when they have costomer. You can cheak camera 11:25 pm to 11:49pm . December 20 . Thanks

    Extremely unhappy with the store customer service. I never received my order. And when I tried to get some resolution, the store did not help, nor did doordash. Basically I did not get my food after all. And Subway does not have any way to get in touch with any human agent on any of their calling numbers. Even when when I tried to raise a complaint, as soon as I placed the complaint, they marked it as resolved without any resolution.
