I have no idea why they feel the need to rush everyone, but it creates an extremely unpleasant experience. My visit yesterday was especially frustrating—out of nowhere, they started enforcing arbitrary rules about paying for sauces, rules that they clearly were not applying to other customers. The lack of consistency and basic courtesy is astounding.
