- DDDDec 31, 20252.0I thought it was just me . But after reading the other reviews and being a five guys fan favorite . This location is lacking. Fries always cold and Burgers are always cold . Past 3 times burger has been sloppy and messy as hell. My cheese was barely melted . And for some reason the burgers seem dry as hell compared to other locations . I love the peanuts and they had non available anywhere in the store. Once I asked for a cup of water and they told me no they don't give cups of water.. after spending $20 on a burger fries, I can't get a drink of water? Is crazy. I live nearby, But I'll probably just stop coming here. This 5 guys don't seem to care about presentation or what the brand is about . They need people who want to do good work, because it doesn't seem like the workers care to do good work .

I was at Wendy's and I said "Let me go to 5 Guys" and let me tell you what a mistake. I mean really it was a mistake. I mean I'll never go back two stars because the fries will lukewarm the hamburger was dry literally burnt to a crisp. $16 of junk and I mean junk. This order was not for ASAP It was for a half an hour pickup plenty of time for them to get it right and they still didn't get it right. NEVER AGAIN! NEVER! AGAIN! I'm thinking I'm going to get a juicy at least a greezy hamburger I got to dried out burnt hamburger Don't make no sense. Never Again. Teach these guys how to cook I mean Jersey City has a culinary school You can't get somebody in a culinary school to cook a hamburger. I'm disgusted I should have took it back but I swear I didn't feel like driving back in the garbage my loss.
