- KCKitty CatJan 1, 20261.0I have visited this establishment many times before, and I have spent a ton of money here. However, I have been consistently disappointed each time I come here by the workers at this place. Aside from the drinks not being made properly, and lots of flies being all over the donuts. But on a recent visit, I mistakenly brought the wrong wallet and requested to cancel my order, assuring the cashier that I would return. When I returned, the staff member responded with an unprofessional, slick remark, and I quote: “You have your money now?” This experience, along with many more previous encounters, reflects on how rude and unprofessional the employees here can be. I do not recommend this place at all. The girl who said this to me is Egyptian, she has puffy brown curly hair and a has nose piercing. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!

However, the staff had locked the doors to clean up for closing time early, and seemed to have their friends with them in the dining room hanging out. We were gestured to remain outside and order from the drive-through window, in between other customers with cars in the drive-through line. It was a very bad experience, especially since it was below freezing, staff need to do better.
