The place wasn’t even busy. Overall, bad vibes.

Cool. I showed them the order on my app, and they still acted like I was making it up. Only after I pointed to it on their own screen did they finally acknowledge it — because apparently “lying first, fixing later” is the new policy. Instead of making the order right away, they let me stand there for 20 minutes like I was auditioning for a role in Customer Service: The Waiting Game. They only made it when I made it clear I wasn’t going anywhere. Super professional. Very efficient. Would absolutely recommend — to my worst enemy.
