She puts too much cream in my coffee not enough coffee. She even took long making my shaken espresso. Ten people got their drinks before me even though I ordered before them. If you don’t feel like making coffee why are working there. I wish they would have someone else make the coffee.

The phone conversation lasted for about 30 mins or less, and when I left the establishment I noticed my car had been towed!!!! I was parked in a regular spot like everyone else. That is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. No one in the restaurant could help me so I had to spend hours trying to track down the towing company to get my car back. I will never go here again. STAY AWAY!

While the owner was legally within his rights to tow my car since I momentarily walked off the premise, I found this act to be predatory and unethical. This Dunkin' partners with EZ Towing at 2188 Kennedy Blvd and they have a whole scheme running. Laws need to protect consumers from crooked business's that profit off of the backs of disadvantaging consumers like this. DO NOT SUPPORT this business and it's disgusting practices.
