The driver claimed the store called them, refused to release the car, and demanded $150 cash only. I was literally holding my Dunkin’ items in my hand. This feels like predatory towing and a trap for customers. If this is the kind of partnership they have with a towing company, I definitely won’t be coming back. Very disappointing and unfair to actual paying customers.

Service here is unbelievably fast and efficient, which makes a huge difference when you’re on the go. I want to give a special shoutout to Alex, who makes the best avocado toast of any Dunkin’ I’ve ever visited (and I’ve tried plenty!). You can tell she actually cares about quality, and the attention to detail always shows. This has become my go-to Dunkin’ thanks to the positive energy, quick service, and the awesome team behind the counter. Highly recommend!

She puts too much cream in my coffee not enough coffee. She even took long making my shaken espresso. Ten people got their drinks before me even though I ordered before them. If you don’t feel like making coffee why are working there. I wish they would have someone else make the coffee.
