  Disgusting Dunkin shop. If I could give zero stars, I would as the other customers said. I bought donuts here and was a paying customer, but when I urgently needed to use the restroom, it wasn’t available. I had severe stomach pain and had to quickly go to another nearby place to use the bathroom. When I came back and explained the situation to the owner, he didn’t seem to care at all. It felt like he was only interested in making money. Instead of actually running the business, the owner just seems to sit in the back watching the cameras all day and targeting customers who arrive by car so he can have them towed. It’s clear this place works with a towing company to take advantage of customers. This kind of behavior is predatory and unethical. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS DUNKIN. Avoid this place.

  Don’t park your car here! They will tow your car the moment you walk off their lot, even as a customer. There are many reviews here with the same complaint

  The negative reviews are true if you want good service go somewhere else. Quality over convenience. You’ll most definitely save money too

  First time here in a while and still hasn’t changed asked for a plain cup of ice so I can control how cold/ warm I want my drink but had to charge me 2 dollars. Had no issues with asking this at any other Dunkin. If you want Dunkin go to the one on the BLVD or if you want something closer go to one of the smaller local businesses or Starbucks

  I got dozen of donuts and a pack of donut holes (different flavors) for the family at this location. To such disappointment everything was stale, like a few days stale. I will not be coming back here
