I told him multiple times that unless front desk is not there, he can head upstairs and he claimed that “for Domino’s, all deliveries are left outside “ over and over again which is not true at all. Every other time I’ve ordered, it is never a problem to head up and deliver it. He then proceeded to ignore my multiple calls. I removed my tip immediately. So rude and disrespectful.

I order pizza for my grandmother who cannot make her way downstairs driver said he did not care and hung up. I call the store and store says they cant do that mind you 2 weeks ago I ordered food and called the store they said it was okay and that they we call the driver. Driver kindly came up and delivered the pizza to my grandmother. I dont know what was the issue this time.
