Every time she delivers, the pizza is delivered atleast after an hour if not more of leaving the store. Sometimes she just lies oh I delivered the pizza even withour delivering it. If you call the store, these guys will tell you the pizza is going to be delivered in next 5 mins and they will put you on hold forever. Call them back and they will reject your call. This is not a single incident!!! It has happened kver multiple times

I had hungry kids who didn’t get their dinner. It was the most awful experience. The pizza and bread bites was stone cold, like it was just sitting out all the time. The dominoes tracker showed that the driver had not moved an inch for over an hour. Even upon calling the store at least 5-8 times, no one picked up the call. Dominos customer service also sucks - they don’t care about helping to resolve the current issue - they just threw my way a coupon for a future order. What use is a coupon if I can’t even get the food I currently ordered in time. Never coming back to this store again. Very disappointed with Dominos service and food quality. Pathetic
