All of the sudden they don't allow customers to use our carts and want us to use theirs which don't hold even half of the purchase I typically do. I explained it to the security guard and lady that was there and still didn't let me use my cart. Won't be coming again. You lost a customer.

The store staff refused to let me in, claiming that it is “not a public place” and that I must leave the premises. This behavior constitutes discrimination based on disability and is a violation of the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as well as New Jersey state law. Service dogs are legally allowed to accompany their handlers in all public areas, including stores, cafés, and pharmacies. I recorded the incident on video and will be filing formal complaints with the proper authorities. It is truly disappointing that in 2025, people with disabilities are still being treated this way. I sincerely hope the store management educates its employees about ADA requirements and the rights of individuals with service animals.
