Offensively bad service. Half a spoon of chicken was flung onto my burrito. When I asked for some more it was passed to another person who added only two or three pieces. They then put a fist full of cheese when I hadn’t asked for any. They then wrapped my burrito in a way where one end had all the lettuce. It was literally bites of nothing but lettuce. Neither person seemed liked they could’ve cared less and the burrito I ended up with reflected that. Definitely avoid if possible.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Chipotle location on 3/7 around 5:50–6:00 PM. From the moment we started ordering, one of the female employees serving the food was extremely rude and rushed. She was slapping the food into the bowls carelessly, making a mess, and acting like she didn’t want to be there. When we asked for items, she ignored us and had a very nasty attitude. Things got even worse at the register. An older woman in front of us asked for a paper bag with handles because she was walking with a suitcase. The employees told her she couldn’t have one because she only ordered one bowl and that you need two or more bowls to get that type of bag. She even asked if she could pay for the bag and they still told her no — very rudely. Since I had two orders, I told the older woman she could have the handled bag from my order. When I asked the cashier for the bag with handles, she removed my food from the regular bag, folded the bag away, and then tried to put my food in the handled bag. I explained that I only wanted the empty bag so I could give it to the older woman. Instead of resolving the situation like a professional, the cashier left our food sitting on the counter and told us we would have to carry it out without any bag at all. The behavior from these two employees was extremely unprofessional, rude, and unnecessarily hostile. Their attitudes completely ruined the experience and honestly made me regret even purchasing food there. I would like someone from Chipotle management or corporate to follow up regarding the behavior of the employees working during this time. I hope the store cameras from around 5:50–6:00 PM on 3/7 are reviewed so this situation can be properly addressed.

“I am deeply upset by my experience at this Chipotle location. I witnessed staff making fun of an older delivery driver in Spanish, using offensive language. He had already been waiting a long time. I left the store immediately, and I expect the owner to take serious action. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. While waiting for my order, I requested a bag — there were two visibly available behind the counter. The employee told me those bags were “only for large orders” and refused to give me one. As a paying customer next in line, I should not have to justify why I need a bag, especially when bags are clearly present. It is not my responsibility to manage your supply issues or hear explanations about internal shortages. If your store is running low on bags, that is an operational issue — not something customers should be inconvenienced by. It’s unprofessional to deny a basic necessity for takeout when it’s visibly available. And frankly, if there are only two left, you’ll still need more after those are used — so refusing service in the moment makes no sense. Customer experience and basic preparedness were clearly lacking. Very disappointing

On Friday February 13 2026 about 10ish I was with my 2 friends in chipotle waiting on our ride I’m a 6 month old pregnant women & it was freezing outside this one specific employee who was Dominican had her hair in a bun the bun was like purple magenta burgundy color & was very rude & obnoxious towards me & my friends she came from behind the counter and ask us if we “were good” in a sarcastic way and had an attitude then started yelling a bunch of times in English and Spanish that people need to leave the restaurant mind you it didn’t close til 11ish there were still customers walking in and standing infront of the make line looking at this women confused & crazy because she just wouldn’t stop yelling and talking bs she was also yelling at these 2 guys that were seated still eating . And she just kept throwing subliminals towards me my friends in Spanish & we’re Spanish so we understood it all . That’s the most unprofessional & disturbing behavior from an employee in a restaurant I’ve ever witnessed I’m talking about really ratchet and everyone was annoyed by how loud she kept yelling and wouldn’t stop . It’s giving she was mad & jealous & MISERABLE that she had to close late on a Friday night mean while we’re all dressed cute getting ready to go out and eat.
