- LHLeah HallFeb 28, 20231.0I wanted to pick up a cake for the next day for my friend’s birthday, but when I went online, it wouldn’t let me choose a pick up date for the next day - only 48 hours out. So I called to see if they had anything else available to pick up and they told me I couldn’t order cakes ahead at all. Even though you can online, just for 48 hours later. So he said just come in, we have plenty of cakes. So I came in today to pick up the cake and first they said didn’t have any bags to put the cake in, even though they had at least 20 bags set up in the window empty. I pointed to them and said, “I can’t have that one?” And they said no, it won’t fit. Which, to my eyes, it would’ve, but I said okay, no big deal. Then, he charged me $44.99, but online the same cake was listed as $39.99. I brought this up and they said, “This is the larger size,” but the larger size online was $54.99 and was significantly larger. Like a sheet cake. So I brought this up and she said, “No this is a different size than those, we don’t have that one.” I said okay and bought the cake, $5 extra isn’t that much, but it really just felt weird? Maybe it’s a corporate issue with their prices not matching, but that should be fixed.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
