I asked for a Bananarama espresso and she hands me a matcha like that’s even close. Then says, “we don’t have that.” So instead of telling me upfront, you just decide to give me something random and hope I take it? I’m paying for my drink, not whatever you feel like giving me. The bare minimum is telling customers what you do and don’t have BEFORE making something completely different. This is just lazy and unprofessional. On the receipt her name was AAA 152152
