  “STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We parked here as PAYING customers, ran inside for literally 5 minutes to pick up a mobile order, and when we came out — our car was already GONE. Towed within that exact 5-minute window. We had to go to EZ Towing and pay $182 to get our car back. The tow yard admitted the shop’s manager called them on purpose. If that’s not predatory and planned, I don’t know what is. They didn’t warn us, didn’t give us a chance to move the car — just called the tow truck immediately. This is a disgusting way to treat paying customers. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.”

  DON’T GO THIS PLACE! We parked here as a PAYING customer, then walked out for just 5 mins to meet our friend nearby. Our car was towed literally within this instant 5 MINUTES. We went to this Ez Towing place and had to pay $182 to get our car back. The towing place told me is the Dunkin’ staff called them to tow. For them, such unethical behavior has become a standardized scheme. If this was not premeditated and predatory, I can’t explain how my car was towed within this 5 mins outside my eye. DON’T SUPPORT THIS DISGUSTING BUSINESS.

  Disgusting Dunkin shop. If I could give zero stars, I would as the other customers said. I bought donuts here and was a paying customer, but when I urgently needed to use the restroom, it wasn’t available. I had severe stomach pain and had to quickly go to another nearby place to use the bathroom. When I came back and explained the situation to the owner, he didn’t seem to care at all. It felt like he was only interested in making money. Instead of actually running the business, the owner just seems to sit in the back watching the cameras all day and targeting customers who arrive by car so he can have them towed. It’s clear this place works with a towing company to take advantage of customers. This kind of behavior is predatory and unethical. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS DUNKIN. Avoid this place.

  Don’t park your car here! They will tow your car the moment you walk off their lot, even as a customer. There are many reviews here with the same complaint

  First time here in a while and still hasn’t changed asked for a plain cup of ice so I can control how cold/ warm I want my drink but had to charge me 2 dollars. Had no issues with asking this at any other Dunkin. If you want Dunkin go to the one on the BLVD or if you want something closer go to one of the smaller local businesses or Starbucks
