Saturday 04/04/26 5:50pm girl at the veggie station was extremely aggressive just because I accidentally asked to put guac on the wrong bowel. Had a real poor attitude and when I asked for guac on the side, she just slams it on the counter. Mumbled something in Spanish assumed I didnt understand oh but I did lol Needs to get fired for that horrible attitude in my opinion cause she just dont care lol

I’ve been going to Chipotle for years, and this is honestly the first time I’ve had such a frustrating experience.
I always order extra corn and extra sour cream, and it has never been an issue before. I’m aware they usually put a smaller portion of chicken, but I genuinely don’t care about that - it’s not a big deal to me.
What was a big deal was the service. When I asked for sour cream, the employee barely drizzled any on - and I mean barely. So I politely asked for a little more, like I usually do. Normally, they add a reasonable amount without any attitude, but this time she seemed visibly frustrated with me and again just added the tiniest drizzle.
Then she got distracted because someone came up saying they found hair in a bowl, which seemed to make her even more annoyed and rushed.
After that, I asked her to just add at least half a spoon of sour cream. Instead, she dumped two full spoons all at once - it spilled everywhere, the counter, and even the foil. Without asking me if I wanted anything else, she just wrapped it up. The entire wrap was covered in sour cream.
I was honestly just standing there shocked and didn’t even know what to say.

I ordered online pickup and I waited there and the first lady just ignored me after I told them my name.second one was rude and gave me order which was sitting there after I was waiting there for like 5 minutes.

I normally don’t write reviews unless it’s bad or good but I went today with my boyfriend and they didn’t even let him finish ordering … A worker just said “anything else?” And wrapped the bowl up and the rice was undercooked and we felt like they were just talking. The service is bad. I do get it if someone is having a bad day but I don’t think 4 people were having a bad day and serving us poorly. They only serve us one scoop only . It is very sad and upsetting… Other than that it was alright.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this Chipotle location on 3/7 around 5:50–6:00 PM.
From the moment we started ordering, one of the female employees serving the food was extremely rude and rushed. She was slapping the food into the bowls carelessly, making a mess, and acting like she didn’t want to be there. When we asked for items, she ignored us and had a very nasty attitude.
Things got even worse at the register. An older woman in front of us asked for a paper bag with handles because she was walking with a suitcase. The employees told her she couldn’t have one because she only ordered one bowl and that you need two or more bowls to get that type of bag. She even asked if she could pay for the bag and they still told her no — very rudely.
Since I had two orders, I told the older woman she could have the handled bag from my order. When I asked the cashier for the bag with handles, she removed my food from the regular bag, folded the bag away, and then tried to put my food in the handled bag. I explained that I only wanted the empty bag so I could give it to the older woman.
Instead of resolving the situation like a professional, the cashier left our food sitting on the counter and told us we would have to carry it out without any bag at all.
The behavior from these two employees was extremely unprofessional, rude, and unnecessarily hostile. Their attitudes completely ruined the experience and honestly made me regret even purchasing food there.
I would like someone from Chipotle management or corporate to follow up regarding the behavior of the employees working during this time. I hope the store cameras from around 5:50–6:00 PM on 3/7 are reviewed so this situation can be properly addressed.
