  When going through the drive thru , don't backup away from the window , I was paying with a fifty dollar bill, they ask me to backup...a few minutes later they called me back and told me the bill is gave them it wasn't good. Makes you think something fishy they are doing.

  Ordered pick up because of the bogo deal. Me and some guy were just waiting and then 10 minutes, lady comes out screaming at us like we’re yelling at her and goes “FOR THE ONLINE WE ARE FOCUSING ON ORDERS AND THE CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PAID ALREADY FIRST AND THEN STARTING ON YOUR ORDERS”, mind you there were only two pick ups, me and another guy there and some drive through cars, definitely not more than 3. The lady was screaming about understaffed so thats probably why they were moody. I went and sat outside since they’ve got the notification thing on the app. They took 40 minutes to make two burgers, my burgers were cold when I got them. I wouldn’t really complain since I’ve worked in fast food but how do you take 40 minutes for two burgers 😭. Theres a line to it, when I came back inside they ignored me for a little bit and then helped the delivery lady who said she got there 5 minutes before I came back inside. They have the service windows and you can sort of see what they’re doing inside, they left my two burgers there on like the shelf area for a while so it was already done, they just decided to leave it there for some reason and help everyone else instead of packing it up. Probably won’t come back, normally they’re pretty decent though, recommend the banana milkshake if your willing to wait like 40 minutes and have melted stuff.

  This location was really snippy at the drive-thru AND they don’t accept the app. They were ungodly slow too. I waited over 30 minutes for my food (I had a small order) – no exaggeration. When I asked for a free milkshake for the wait, they told me no because it “wasn’t their fault they were so busy.” By the way? My order was wrong. Sketchy area around 11 pm as well. So 1/10.

  I go here everytime because me and my fam loves checkers. Every single time we order same black lady is so rude like she hates different race.. really really unfriendly. But we just got used to her. So, not just today, but I ordered a N3 Baconzilla and told her multiple times to add extra meat or patty, whatever she calls it, just so she'd understand. Now I'm home and I find out I only have two meat patties in my sandwich. Seriously, what's wrong with these people? Every time we leave the drive-thru, we have to check and open our sandwich just to make sure we got what we paid for. I just don't want to argue with these employees because next time they might spit on my food. In addition, it's been a month everytime you wanna use your checker app they say system is down..

  I WAITED FOR 20MINUTES the staff there was rude and disrespectful, don't know of any supervisor is there ,I tried to order another cheesecake bites the girl was rude she shouldn't work there if thats how she treating the customers, I beenv9ming here for like 3yrs,and i never went thru wht I just went thru!I waited 20minutes exactly for a small fries an 3 apples pies, when asked why u taking so long she was rude ,she shouldn't be there,she laughing an joking yo the point she's not takin care of the orders, YOU NEED A SUPERVISOR THERE NOW ,CAUSE ITS ONLY 2YOUNG LADY'S, THEY FOVUSED ON EVERYTHING ELSE BUT THE CUSTOMERS..
