I spoke with the store manager, Michael, and his behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue, he was argumentative and had a very poor attitude. This experience was disappointing, especially since I have been a regular customer with no prior problems. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and customer service improves.
