  This McDonald's is the worst McDonald's of any I've ever been to in my whole life and time and time again they prove it to me whenever I'm foolish enough to give them another chance. Unfortunately, there was a storm and I did not feel like going to the one on 9. Big mistake. They do not care about the customers here. My burger is pathetic! No toppings and burnt to a crisp! The workers are banal and clueless, couldn't care less when you tell them something is wrong. Impossible to get ahold of management and when I followed up with corporate last time nothing was done. Last time going through the drive through I waited 10 minutes+ only for them to bring me out someone else's order. I cannot stress how pathetic and poorly run this location is. Do yourself a favor, there's a Burger King nearby. Heck, the with the quality of this food? You're probably better off eating from a nearby garbage can. The service will be better too.

  Confusion in back waiting 25 minutes for 2 meals , horrible service .People leaving and many people waiting ,

  General speaking I've never had an issue here maybe 2 times in a 8 year span, 1 time using drive-thru and one pick up online by forgetting
