Then when we ordered drinks it was another 25 mins to a half hour for the drinks. Then when we ordered food it was another 45 minutes. We had to ask for waters, had to ask for utensils. The server made it seem like such a pain when we would ask to order anything additional. Then when things came out they came out one at a time. The manager seemed to be very unhelpful and the bartenders were clueless. We will not be back.

The staff always look miserable and uninterested, which really sets the tone for the whole experience. To top it off, the food consistently comes out cold, no matter what I order. It’s disappointing because this place could be great, but the service and quality have really gone downhill.

Drinks were refilled promptly, the food came out exactly as we ordered, and their positive attitude made the meal even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their guests the way he did. I’d definitely come back just for their excellent service!
