  Had a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. Our server Jon took our order quickly and was very friendly. The service was fast and overall great. Definitely made our visit better.

  honestly very disappointed with my order. we got wings and as soon as i opened the box i noticed that there was hair on the food. then i went to open the nachos and there was only toppings on the top and 80% chips were plain. also i bought the guac and paid extra and it was such a small serving. very disappointing and probably won’t be coming back.

  Every time I come here I come and sit at the bar . I leave work and get my 1 or 2 drinks and head home . But every time I see this older lady bartender named Eileen I don’t know if I’m spelling it correct . The minute she sees me she looks at her watch as if she has some place to be , at first I thought it was just me that felt unwelcomef but then I noticed EVERY SINGLE GUEST that sat down at her bar she always looks at her watch .. like lady u have some place to be ? It’s 11pm and buffalo closes at 1am on fridays . She literally makes u feel so unwelcomed . Everytime I come she always does this when she’s behind the bar . I came for my birthday with two friends and she did the same to us . Last Friday I came I ordered a Pepsi while my friends were looking at the menu and just because they were taking their time looking at the menu she brought me my check for my 1 fountain drink ?! . I went to the host stand and we asked to move to a table . Got great service at a table by a blonde server tipped her $20 for just 3 drinks . Btw let me add this every bartender I’ve ever had always gave me the best experience , always tell me about their specials and constantly check on me I feel like a regular at this point. C I always come for my 1 to 2 drinks and leave and I always take care of my bartender. But that older lady has a nasty attitude she’s very unwelcoming . Anytime I see her behind the bar I just leave . And I notice she does this to every single bar guest . It doesn’t matter if there is 2-3 hours left to closing she DOESNT WANT YOU SITTING AT HER BAR WHEN SHES THERE . She’s horrible for business and I truly feel bad for they other bartenders if they even have to share a shift with her . She’s mean unwelcoming and nasty , horrible if u don’t like ur job then leave . If u don’t like working till last then work mornings miss. Overall I love this place but if Eileen is there LEAVEEEE and if u don’t want to listen to my review that’s fine I promise you she will make u want to leave that’s how’s bad she is !!! Go check her out urself . I wish they had a secret shopper come by at night during her shift so they can see for themselves , she’s hurting the business .

  Awful experience, I went to the take out area to claim my free 6 wings for my birthday and initially the lady at the front was very nice, but then she went to get approval I think he was her boss, when that guy came he approved the offer, at that moment I was happy to get my free wings, he was talking to her and I thought at that moment he was also talking to me when he abruptly told me "I'm talking to her" ,at that moment my night and my appetite were ruined, that guy was kind of rude with me, I felt at that moment offended and disrespected, I didn't like that, I tried not to get my birthday ruined because of that guy's sudden attitude. I understand he was very busy at that moment but I don't tolerate that kind of attitude from nobody.
