I arrived on time and could clearly see that my order was already prepared, yet the staff left it sitting there while I waited for no reason. When I asked about it, the employee responded with an unnecessary attitude instead of basic professionalism. I asked to speak with a manager, and the host simply said they were “very busy,” showing no courtesy or willingness to address the situation. As someone who is also working and values my time, I found this dismissive attitude completely unacceptable. No customer should be treated this way. The lack of respect, communication, and courtesy made this visit frustrating and disappointing.

Everything he recommended was spot on. Beyond that his customer service was exceptional. He was friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Keith truly elevated our dining experience and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend asking for him when dining in.

But the thing that stood out about this visit was the AMAZING service we got from our Server-Keith! He was really pleasant but went above and beyond in his duties!!! Thank you Keith!

To say he needs a raise would be an understatement. He was attentive throughout the service and left us with abs from laughing at his jokes so much. Luckily for him, we are equally as funny and did not take his favorite pen, but instead left it for the rest of his tables to use. Would I come back here? Of course. Would I would request John again? Of course x2. Also be sure to get the Mahi Mahi with Pan Asian sauce. You can’t go wrong with it!
