  Please drive an extra five minutes to go to any other Dunkin! I saw a woman take out the trash with gloves on, bring the dirty garbage bins back in pick up another dirty garbage bag. But then she handed someone a drink with those same gloves, as well as rung up, someone’s order wearing the gloves and handled cash. The drink I forgot was also very nasty. I do not recommend this location. It’s small anyways you’re better off going to a more comfortable Dunkin location.

  I have stopped going to this dunkin because they want to move everyone like cattle and have made my order wrong multiple time. My order is simple Large black coffee with 5 sugars. Today at 620 AM with no lines. I paid for my drink at the Drive thru and when I got 10 minutes away on the turnpike I took a sip and then realized they gave me the wrong coffee again. This time it was a large coffee 4 oatmilk and 4 Carmel swirl. Thats another order messed up. Matching an order to the cup tag is to hard for the cattle pushers.

  Looks like new staff and they don’t want to work. I asked for extra hot macchiato and I ordered it on the app and I think they had prepared. It wasn’t hot enough. I requested them to warm because it wasn’t hot enough. They said no we cannot do that so I said OK. I don’t want to refund me the money, but they didn’t know they can refund the money nor they can make a extra hot coffee for me so I wasted my five dollars plus I messed up my mood because was first coffee of the day
