  I had a great experience at Bonefish Grill! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service made the night even better. Our waiter, Janell, was amazing—very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Janell’s great attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back.

She was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, offering great recommendations and making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Her timing was perfect, and she struck just the right balance between being helpful and giving us space to enjoy our meal.   Our server Janell provided outstanding service from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.   My server was John who was amazing. He gave great ideas and honest opinion about what would go well with my meal choice. He even suggested to try something we never had before. His face lit up about the flavor of the Ahi Tuna so we tried The Ahi Tuna it was amazing and definitely will be back to get the meal again. Very personable and friendly service. . recommend him 100%.

  I had such a wonderful experience with my cousin and friends at the Brunch Elevated. The drinks were tasty. I even had the opportunity to eat an actual hibiscus flower that was soaked in the drink. The only downside to the experience was the Million Dollar Crostini that had bacon on it. I don’t eat pork, but they substituted the bacon. The shrimp and grits and crab cake were great. The Cherry French Toast and every drink was delicious. I love this experience. Nicole was an outstanding server. She was pleasant, very sweet and overall made the experience better. Thank you, Bonefish Grill for a wonderful experience. We’ll see you at the next event next month.
