Unfortunately, the order I received was incomplete — I was missing a pizza and two 2-liter bottles of soda that I had paid for. After noticing the issue, I made the effort to return to the restaurant in person to resolve the problem. I spoke with a manager on site and provided him with the order number from Uber Eats. To my surprise, he claimed that my order was not showing in their system. I then showed him proof that the order was indeed placed through Uber Eats and clearly indicated your restaurant as the source. Despite this, he continued to insist that he couldn’t find my order and offered no resolution. This entire situation has been extremely frustrating. As a paying customer, I expect to receive what I ordered, and if there is a problem, I expect it to be handled with care and professionalism. Instead, I was left with no food, no refund, and no accountability from the staff I spoke with. I would greatly appreciate it if the store manager could personally reach out to me to discuss this matter further. I am hopeful that your team values customer satisfaction and will take the time to address this issue properly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing from someone soon.
