  the pizza is always soggy, idk if they using the microwave or the oven & the sauce taste off. nobody wears gloves in there they need to shut it down at this point

  I’m leaving this review based on my experience with customer service. The way the phone was answered and the tone used were very unprofessional, as if I was bothering the staff just by calling. When I called back to ask about making a change, instead of calmly explaining that changes could not be made, the representative spoke with clear irritation and aggression, then hung up the phone. Customer service should be respectful and professional, even when the answer is no. After being treated this way, it honestly makes me uncomfortable and raises concerns about trusting this establishment with my food.

  Poor food quality and unprofessional delivery. The pizza sauce tasted completely different and not savory. The driver was also aggressive, banging on the building and my apartment building door instead of ringing my doorbell first. Very uncomfortable experience. I won’t be ordering from here again.
