The way the phone was answered and the tone used were very unprofessional, as if I was bothering the staff just by calling. When I called back to ask about making a change, instead of calmly explaining that changes could not be made, the representative spoke with clear irritation and aggression, then hung up the phone. Customer service should be respectful and professional, even when the answer is no. After being treated this way, it honestly makes me uncomfortable and raises concerns about trusting this establishment with my food.
